In this installment of the program I speak with Ron Betenbough, and Heidi Habben.

In the monologue I challenge managers and employer/owners…but I’m also prepared to help them succeed!

 Ron Betenbough 2

Ron founded Betenbough Homes in 1992 with his son Rick and he brings more than four decades of real estate wisdom to his current post at Betenbough Homes. What is interesting about his company is how it is structured.  This structure is definitely win-win. Heidi Habben

Heidi Habben tells us her story of how she went from working in a company to OWNING it.  She lets us in where God is in her journey, and where that was … the heart of it. We have been recertified as a Woman-Owned Business by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Heidi’s “joy knows no end!” We asked members of the office what they thought of the recertification…here are their thoughts: Kara Wayne says, “One should never take these things for granted.” Jim Roy questions, “…Again?”

Our production intern Cory Deveney exclaims, “I think it’s fantastic!”

Well there you have it folks, Heidi is a bonafide female once again. 🙂

WBENC is the nation’s largest third party certifier of women-owned businesses in the USA. It’s a resource for hundreds of companies + government agencies that rely on WBENC’s certification as an integral part of their supplier diversity programs. Certification is a meticulous process that includes an in-depth review of the business + site inspection, and is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated + controlled by a woman or women.
